Who is Keep Control?

Maybe you've seen a flyer. Maybe you've been on this website, keepcontrol.org. Or maybe you've just heard someone at JCI talking about us, and wondered — who is Keep Control?

Let us tell you.

Keep Control is a small but growing group of JCI employees in Holland who are angry about the Neutrality Agreement that Johnson Controls signed with the United Auto Workers.

Our rights have been taken away, and we need to protect ourselves. If JCI won't or can't give us the facts, we decided we had to get them some other way.

So we contacted a lawyer who really understands Neutrality and our rights. Now we are getting the real story and some great advice about the options that we have. We're determined to work — as long as it takes — to bring our fellow JCI employees the full story on the UAW and what it means to be in a union.

All we ask is that you listen — and help us Keep Control at Johnson Controls.

Why Do We Say, "Keep Control"?
